Job summary

Altium Packaging in Dallas, TX seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and facility systems. Responsibilities include mold changes, valve/pump work, and safety compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of plastics maintenance, basic pneumatics/hydraulics, and strong attention to detail, with OSHA forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Basic pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High School diploma or GED (preferred OSHA forklift certification).

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Perform mold changes and tooling changes.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves and pumps.
• Troubleshoot root causes of equipment failures.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
• Maintain safety and document tasks.
