Job summary

You'll work with engineers and vendors, lead training, monitor safety and quality, and perform preventive maintenance. Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills, plus good communication, teamwork and dependability are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of tooling practices and applications.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

• Fluent in English as primary language.

Responsibilities

• Instructs, monitors and communicates requirements for safety, quality and production.
• Performs duties relating to automation and robotics, machine shop fabrication.
• Collaborates with engineers and vendors to resolve issues cost-effectively and timely.
• Maintains statistical process charting and trend-analysis to adjust processes or equipment to specification.
• Trains employees; assigns and directs work; provides feedback to supervisor regarding employee performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned
