Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Tech experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshooting across electromechanical and hydraulic domains.
• Documentation and data analysis using computer skills.
• Team orientation with solid interpersonal communication.
• Forklift certification and operation capability.
• Fluent in English and local primary language.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment setup across multiple assembly machines to ensure quality output.
• Maintain and repair plant structures and systems including electrical, heating, plumbing, machine repair, and hydraulics.
• Troubleshoot and fix production equipment; perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Apply SPC charting, interpretation, and trend analysis to tune processes or equipment.
• Perform machining and bench operations to alter or repair tools, dies, fixtures, gauges, and guarding.
• Tackle other duties to support safe, efficient operations.
