Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Team Member for multiple departments, including Processing, Harvest, Warehouse, Rendering, Yards, and groundskeeping. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing long shifts, and working in a meat processing environment with varying temperatures.

Experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, welding, or conveyor maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• 12 months of industrial work experience or 6 months of continued education in two of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Plumbing, Welding, or Conveyor Maintenance.
• Must be willing to work any shift: days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Candidates must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States and pass urinalysis screening.
• Background checks may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Keep machinery running to maintain continuous production.
• Repair and maintain operating conditions of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems in day-to-day facility operations.
• Set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.
• Complete daily documentation and read manuals to repair equipment safely.
