Sheridan is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech 3 to support production and facilities. The role involves completing emergency repairs and performing preventive maintenance on complex equipment, with independent work to drive overall efficiency and reliability.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in a similar role, strong mechanical and electrical skills, the ability to read schematics, and a track record of dependable attendance and safety-conscious work habits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Mechanical and electrical skills required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Diagnose and perform complex repairs on equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Able to work overtime or be on emergency call.
• Good communication and attendance.
