Job summary

Sheridan is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech 3 for weekend days to perform emergency repairs and routine preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment of moderate to high complexity. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years in a similar position, and skills in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Mechanical and electrical skills required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Must be able to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
• Must wear hearing protection and safety shoes.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; continuous standing; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Complete emergency repairs and preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to support company goals.
• Work independently within a maintenance team and follow safety protocols.
• Respond to overtime or emergency calls as needed.
