Job summary
Nike Distribution Facility in Memphis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the reliability of automated systems. This temp-to-perm role offers hands-on work with conveyors, motors, pumps, and PLC-controlled equipment, on a three-day schedule (Tuesday-Friday or similar) with 10.5-hour shifts.

Qualifications
- Candidate must have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with conveyors, motors, sensors, or automated material-handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs.
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work with operations to address equipment issues.
