Job summary

Altium Packaging LP in Memphis, TN seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant blow mold equipment. You will also support facility systems and ensure good manufacturing practices are followed.

The role requires basic math, pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge, and attention to detail, with preferred 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance and OSHA forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum basic math and reading comprehension.
• Basic PC skills for data entry and reporting.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is required.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Repair, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment.
• Install, adjust and repair related equipment such as blow mold, trimmers, palletizers.
• Perform mold and tooling changes and inspect hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition and assist with plant safety standards.
• Communicate across departments and support continuous improvement.
