Plastipak is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support high-demand production lines. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex equipment, and participate in TPM programs to maximize equipment reliability.

The role operates on a 12-hour shift schedule with a 3-2-2-3 rotation, yielding two 3-day weekends every month. A strong benefits package enhances work-life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial manufacturing machinery.
• Solid grasp of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and solve problems on the fly.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on aerial platforms (up to 20ft).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing complex manufacturing equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance and rebuilding spare parts.
• Participating in efficient changeovers to keep production humming.
• Completing advanced technical trainings to earn new certifications.
