Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
2-3 years of mechanical technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical aptitude.
Understand Lock-Out-Tag-Out.
Electrical knowledge including single phase 120v, three phase 480v and 24 VDC power systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
Maintain, modify, rebuild and adjust equipment and facilities; fabricate parts and assemblies as needed.
Investigate recurring facility-oriented failures to find solutions.
Perform preventative, scheduled and emergency maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
Implement safety measures in design and installation of equipment.
Maintain inventory of supplies and materials for building and manufacturing operations.
