Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of maintenance and repair experience on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Experience with welding equipment, cranes, forklifts, and heavy machinery.
• Strong electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
• Experience ensuring safety regulations are followed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work
• Communicate with other departments to ensure equipment is running efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Continuously improve maintenance processes
