Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking an hourly Maintenance Tech for the 1st shift in Mason, OH. You will troubleshoot and repair production line equipment and ensure systems run safely and reliably.

Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining electrical, electronic and PLC-controlled systems, reading engineering drawings, and performing high voltage work when required. Starting pay is $28-$40 per hour based on experience, with paid vacation/holidays, health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and career

Qualifications

• Industrial/commercial electrical background with high-speed production line experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings; install/maintain electrical equipment.
• Must be able to work in varied temperatures and conditions.
• 3-5 years of experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of production line equipment.
• Strong PLC knowledge and electrical testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment.
• Install electrical and electronic equipment per NEC and standards.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems for facilities and equipment.
• Operate high voltage switching and generators as needed.
• Read engineering drawings to install and calibrate equipment.
• Establish and maintain scheduled maintenance programs.
