Job summary
CHEP is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Livonia, MI team on 1st shift. You will perform plant maintenance under supervision, diagnose and repair equipment, and contribute to safety and quality programs.

Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long shifts.
- Read and write English; read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
- 1–2 years in industrial, automotive, logistics or similar environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform plant maintenance under the direction of the IM Manager/Plant Manager.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in conveyers and pallet handling systems.
- Troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics and electric systems.
- Document work orders in the CMMS and schedule maintenance.
- Support safety programs, training and process improvements.
