Job summary

Responsibilities include PM, TPM support, repairing machinery, diagnostics with meters and calipers, and entering work into CMMS; shift options 1st and 2nd with 10% shift diff for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and industrial equipment repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment problems.
• Experience using maintenance hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Greasing bearings, changing belts/oil, inspections, adjustments, and cleaning.
• Support TPM activities with production staff.
• Install, maintain, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and equipment.
• Dismantle machinery and replace worn components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Use diagnostic tools like multimeters, tachometers, and calipers.
• Enter maintenance activities and repairs into CMMS.
