Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 5 years in general industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental protection in plant maintenance.
• Must participate and/or lead CI teams.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Able to pass the tow motor driving test.
• Able to read and understand blueprints and installation/operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety rules and federal regulations to prevent injuries and equipment damage.
• Install and repair equipment and facilities.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and document actions.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the workplace.
• Maintain and repair machinery and material handling equipment to prevent injuries or damage.
• Take on additional duties as directed by supervision.
• Handle hazardous materials following safe procedures.
