Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Breinigsville, PA. The role performs repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment, with responsibilities including mold changes, valve and pump work, and PPE adherence.

The incumbent will work a 12hr-C shift (5:30 pm - 6:00 am) and support plant operations while upholding Good Manufacturing Practices. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required for measurements and troubleshooting.
• General computer skills for maintenance logs and work orders.
• Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics essential for repair tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure correct parts and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Inspect, rebuild and replace valves, pumps and hoses; troubleshoot root problems.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines when required and cooperate with shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and coordinate with other departments.
