Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Shreveport, LA to perform maintenance on pumps, sprockets, chains, and conveyors as part of a multi-craft team. PLC and electrical troubleshooting are required to keep equipment running efficiently.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, SAP work orders, and addressing automation and electrical issues. The role is onsite with 12‑hour shifts and a night rotation every 30 days.

Formación

Job Title: Maintenance Associate

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Associates with mechanically-based millwright knowledge and technical experience to join our team. This role involves working on pumps, sprockets, chains, conveyor rollers, and more, as part of a multi-craft team where everyone contributes to every task. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with PLC tech knowledge and electrical experience, particularly in troubleshooting 480-volt equipment. The position requires working Monday through Friday with 12-hour shifts and rotating to nights every 30 days.

• Perform maintenance tasks on pumps, sprockets, chains, and conveyor rollers.
• Collaborate with multi-craft teammates to achieve maintenance objectives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shreveport, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
