• 5+ years of experience in industrial chemical operations, plating, wastewater, or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong understanding of plating chemistry and chemical process systems
• Experience with industrial or municipal wastewater treatment systems
• Knowledge of OSHA, RCRA, HAZWOPER, and environmental compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise chemical maintenance and support production personnel
• Maintain plating tank chemistry, dosing systems, and batch treatments
• Oversee wastewater treatment processes and environmental inspections
• Manage hazardous waste handling and compliance (RCRA, DOT, OSHA)
• Maintain chemical inventory and storage procedures
• Troubleshoot and maintain pumps, filtration systems, and chemical transfer equipment
• Support preventative maintenance programs and rapid equipment repair
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE protocols, and environmental regulations
• Maintain logs, reporting, inspections, and operational documentation

Position Overview

The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor will lead daily chemical maintenance operations across production while supporting environmental compliance, equipment reliability, and plant uptime.
