Morales Professional is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Rushville, Indiana facility to lead daily maintenance operations on the assigned shift. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown repairs, coordinating a team to keep production running safely and efficiently.
The role requires 5+ years in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and a focus on equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
- Strong industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to document downtime and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities including preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Organize tasks and assign work to maintenance team members.
- Monitor downtime and ensure RCA documentation is completed.
- Review overtime needs and coordinate staffing for coverage.
- Communicate with operations and management about equipment issues and status.
- Maintain a clean and safe maintenance area and ensure proper work signatures.
