Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production by maintaining all plant mechanical equipment and performing preventative maintenance. The role requires reading drawings/blueprints, basic electrical exposure, and leading hourly personnel to meet safety and production standards.

You will diagnose, repair, and adjust equipment, aiming to minimize downtime and maximize reliability across the manufacturing line. On-site Monroe, NC location.

Qualifications

• General high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years ATI or Manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading hourly workforce.
• 2+ years mechanical maintenance experience. Electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all mechanical equipment in the plant.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints proficiently and modify as needed.
• Lead and manage the hourly workforce in safety, quality, and production goals.
• Maintain records and respond to breakdowns to ensure on-time delivery.
