Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontline supervisory experience in a line manufacturing setting.
• Experience with stainless steel and specialty alloys preferred.
• Strong electrical experience in an industrial/steel environment.
• Experience with high voltage distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, environmental and quality policies are understood and followed by all employees and contractors.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of maintenance personnel.
• Plan preventive maintenance of equipment and repair activities.
• Procure repair materials and spare parts as needed.
• Analyze equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
• Assist with plant infrastructure upgrades and capital planning.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specs.
• Train department personnel and enforce housekeeping standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
