Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Delaware Water Gap, PA. The role leads electrical and mechanical maintenance teams, upholding safety standards and efficient work execution across the mill.

You will coordinate with operations, manage work orders in the JDE system, and monitor staff performance while ensuring compliance with the bargaining agreement and OSHA regulations. A BS in engineering or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• BS – Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years maintenance supervisory experience in heavy industry.
• Excellent problem solving ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel (electrical and mechanical) in the mill.
• Ensure safety and quality in all maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance work with operations and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare reports on work execution and staff performance.
• Manage work orders in JDE and track time in Kronos.
• Uphold Collective Bargaining Agreement provisions and regulatory compliance.
