Creative Werks in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, schedule, assign and review maintenance work; train and evaluate assigned employees for operational readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating PMs, managing overtime, maintaining inventory, and fostering a safety-first, quality-driven culture while collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to optimize processes. Willingness to step in as a mechanic when needed is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years in production maintenance.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Familiar with maintenance concepts, tools and safety rules.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Compare delegated tasks & end of shift report to hours worked.
• Schedule mechanics for weekend & vacation coverage.
• Manage overtime usage and control.
• Track effectiveness of PMs & adjust PM tasks.
• Provide administrative support with ManagerPlus.
• Review PMs and WOs assigned to shift and delegate appropriately.
• Ensure data accuracy entered into M+ by mechanics.
• Develop and publish daily mechanic tasks based on priorities.
• Enforce safety, quality, and timely permanent fixes.
• Lead and participate in performance evaluations and coaching.
• Communicate with shift supervisors and generate reports.
