Job summary

Sibelco in Saint Paul is seeking a Technician Maintenance to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility machinery. You will ensure safe, efficient production, support PM programs, and provide on‑the‑job training to new staff.

The role requires mechanical and basic electrical skills, welding/fabrication experience, and strong communication. Work includes shifts as needed and collaboration across maintenance teams at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical conveyor systems.
• Ability to communicate in English (and Spanish in some locations).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Experience with electronic systems; PLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility machinery and material handling systems.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and order parts from vendors.
• Install, maintain, and repair conveyors, elevators, conveyors, forklifts, and sweepers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, inspect and service equipment, and document PM logs.

Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Position ObjectiveResponsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility machinery.
