Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician III in Morristown, TN to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve manufacturing equipment for maximum reliability and minimal downtime.

This role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, diagnosing complex issues, identifying root causes, and working independently to keep production equipment safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Significant industrial maintenance experience or military maintenance background.
• Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot motors, relays, and electrical components.
• Repair electrical controls, PLCs, and motor-control systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain and repair chillers, pumps, compressors, and related equipment.
• Document repairs, parts used, and equipment history in CMMS.
• Operate shop equipment such as bandsaws, mills, and lathes.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
