Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician Apprentice in Morristown, TN. The four-year program combines classroom instruction with hands-on training to build skills for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing equipment.

You will work with experienced technicians, pursue an Associate Degree or Certification in Mechatronics, and receive annual pay increases as milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Interest in earning an Associate Degree or Certification in Mechatronics through TOPPAN apprenticeship.
• Committed to maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to complete coursework outside of regular schedule.
• Enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and repairing production equipment under supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and work records.
• Attend approved apprenticeship school curriculum and on-the-job training.
