TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician Apprentice in Morristown, TN. The four-year program combines classroom instruction with hands-on training to build skills for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing equipment.

You will work with experienced technicians, pursue an Associate Degree or Certification in Mechatronics, and receive annual pay increases as milestones are met.

• Committed to maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and repairing production equipment under supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Position: Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician (IMRT) Apprentice ILocation: Morristown, TNShift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Schedule may rotate based on training requirements)Starting Pay Rate: $21.74/hourSummary DescriptionThe Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician (IMRT) Apprentice is a four-year apprenticeship designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance. Reporting to the Plant Engineer, the apprentice will combine classroom instruction with hands-on training to develop the technical skills needed to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment.Working alongside experienced maintenance professionals, you'll gain practical experience while pursuing an approved Associate Degree or Certification in Mechatronics or a related maintenance field.
