Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician I to help keep plant equipment at peak performance. Reporting to the Plant Engineer, you will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and support TPM and Maintenance Excellence initiatives.

You will work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems, install upgrades per OEM specs, and document work while analyzing data to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
• Repair and maintain production, utility, and facility equipment.
• Install and upgrade equipment per OEM specifications.
• Read and interpret schematics (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Document maintenance work and track historical data for analysis.
• Assist with root cause analysis and analytical troubleshooting.

Position: Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician IDepartment: MaintenanceSchedule: Rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed)Pay Rate: $28.57 – $31.52/hourSummary DescriptionReporting to the Plant Engineer, the Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician I is responsible for maintaining plant equipment at peak performance by focusing on reliability, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
