Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, ability to work varying shifts, and proficiency with SAP for ordering parts and documenting work orders. A high school diploma and relevant maintenance training are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; maintenance tech courses preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose machine problems across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operations.
• Document work in the work order system and SAP for parts/request approvals.
• Read and interpret mechanical and hydraulic drawings; service gearboxes and pumps.
