Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on reliable operation of CNC machines and other equipment through installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

The position requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to safety and 5S standards. On-site, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Proficiency in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in manufacturing.
Strong trouble-shooting skills with CNC machinery experience.
Ability to read diagrams, schematics, drawings, and manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on capital machines (saws, CNCs, press brakes, punches, folders).
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Repair and maintain motors, pumps, valves, and control systems.
Source parts and services to keep equipment running.
Document maintenance tasks and inspections.
Maintain 5S and organization in the shop.
Coordinate with external representatives and service providers.
Ensure compliance with Flynn Health and Safety Standards.
