Job summary

Hussey Copper, a Pantheon Electric company, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Planner to join our Eminence, Kentucky facility. You will plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, manage work orders in CMMS, and coordinate labor, parts, tools, and documentation to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, experience with maintenance planning, CMMS, and TPM/Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical/industrial maintenance background required.
• Associate degree, technical training, or apprenticeship preferred; six years of maintenance experience if no formal education.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments and planning/scheduling maintenance work.
• Experience using CMMS to manage work orders, history, labor, parts, and backlog.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices; ability to read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders from request through completion using the CMMS.
• Build complete work packages for technicians to perform work safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate labor, parts, tools, and outside services for each job.
• Review requests to determine safest and most effective execution strategy.
• Track labor hours, parts, costs, and backlog; report on performance metrics.
