Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our aluminum recycling operation in Post Falls, ID running safely and efficiently. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive tasks, and quick repair decisions on industrial equipment.

You'll work a 5-day M-F shift from 7am to 3pm with potential overtime. Competitive $30-32/hour pay and a comprehensive benefits package starting within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• Must have several years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Safety first mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to machinery issues and minimize production downtime.
• Inspect, service, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial systems.
• Identify failures and determine appropriate repairs using electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components to restore operation.
• Safely operate, inspect, and maintain mobile equipment.
• Reference manuals and schematics when troubleshooting or repairing.
• Follow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements.
