MPS Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Millwright to join our team at the Cleveland‑Cliff's facility located in Middletown, OH.

The role involves maintenance, repair, installation, and dismantling of machinery in an industrial environment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include assisting with installation and relocation of equipment, aligning and securing machinery, and maintaining foundations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance millwright experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required prior to hire.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, dismantling, repairing, reassembling, and relocating machinery across facilities.
• Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, trucks and other handling tools.
• Assemble, install and repair machinery components such as shafting and conveyors using hand and power tools.
• Construct and maintain machine foundations using wood, cement or steel materials.
• Align machines using hoists, jacks and measurement tools to ensure proper operation.
• Secure machinery to foundations or supports with bolts, welds or rivets for safe installation.
