Job summary

ADM’s corn plant in Decatur, IL is hiring a Maintenance/Millwright. This is a full-time, hourly position with training on 1st shift and possible back shifts. You'll install, repair, and maintain rotating process equipment and support predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements include 3–5 years of maintenance/millwright experience, strong mechanical skills, and willingness to pursue further trade courses. Excellent benefits, overtime, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance and/or millwright experience in manufacturing.
• Technical school training as mechanic or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Willing to take formal trade courses during training period.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain rotating process equipment (pumps, conveyors, dryers).
• Interface with preventative and predictive maintenance systems.
• Read and follow SOPs and instructions; assist with instrumentation and electrical work.
