Candidates should have 5+ years of industrial mechanic experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate technical concepts across teams. Hydraulics, conveyors, and fabrication experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic.
• Vocational training may substitute for experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, roller conveyors, and fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair or maintain industrial production machinery and equipment.
• Perform on-site, facility-wide maintenance in various weather conditions.
• Operate, troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, motors, and pumps.
• Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Reassemble equipment after inspections, testing, or repairs.
• Communicate mechanical concepts to all levels of staff and management.
• Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and maintain equipment performance.
• Continuously innovate to support optimized production capacity.
• Other duties as assigned
