Job summary

JM Eagle in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Maintenance employee to keep PVC production equipment operating safely and with minimal downtime. The role emphasizes hands-on training and developing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

You will work with Maintenance Leads, Technicians, Production Supervisors, and Machine Operators to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding knowledge is required, with the ability to read schematics.
• Experience reading and interpreting safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Computer skills and basic keyboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment and related systems.
• Inspect equipment for abnormal conditions and report issues.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, installations, and adjustments.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Support with machine changeovers and production line repairs as needed.
