Qualifications

• 2–4 years related maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics and follow engineering instructions.
• Understanding of lubrication practices and safe rigging/hoisting.
• Capable of troubleshooting mechanical problems and performing repairs.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories and anticipate needs.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on rotating and stationary equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and conduct repairs per manuals and specs.
• Document actions, trends, and maintenance outcomes in work orders.
• Ensure safe, clean working environment and compliant procedures.
• Locate problem sources using precision measuring tools and tests.
