RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain mechanical devices, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems within the plant. The role reports to the Maintenance Leader and focuses on keeping equipment reliable and safe.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, 1-year technical certificate, and 2–3 years related experience. Expect hands-on responsibilities, safety compliance, and occasional travel for training.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Combined knowledge of mechanical technology with electrical and electronic circuits.

Responsabilidades

• Address process and equipment issues, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and improve safety, quality, and plant efficiency.
• Follow safety and housekeeping programs to maintain a safe work environment.
• Use machines, equipment, and measuring tools for alignment, maintenance, welding, and repair tasks.
• Plan and perform lubrication and operational maintenance on machinery.
• Assist with developmental and experimental projects, manage data, and complete records and reports.
• Follow lock-out tag-out procedures and repair electrical systems on de-energized equipment.
• Complete motor replacement, wiring repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide assembly and repair.
• Travel as needed for training and other purposes.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and maintain regular attendance.
