Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be proficient in PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with 480V three-phase motors and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC faults, including inputs, outputs, sensors, and associated controls.
• Diagnose and repair 480V three-phase motors, motor starters, contactors, and related electrical systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, control panels, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to identify issues and complete repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to production equipment breakdowns.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and reliability improvements.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Document repairs and follow electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
