The position requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, PLC/HMI troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work across departments. Typical shift is 1st shift with occasional overtime and weekends as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of technical training and maintenance experience.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills (pumps, mixers, general machinery).
• Experience with PLC and HMI troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate forklifts, lifts, and hoists; ability to work at heights.
• Preferred: read P&IDs and technical drawings; pipefitting; OSHA 10-Hour General Industry.

Industrial Maintenance MechanicChagrin Falls, OH1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday - Friday, Occasional Overtime and Weekends RequiredPosition OverviewThe Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is part of the Maintenance Team and reports to the Production Manager. This role supports the plant’s maintenance program by performing routine preventative maintenance, partnering with engineers on project implementation, and ensuring equipment remains in safe and reliable operating condition.
