• Identify and implement equipment improvements through troubleshooting.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machines.
• Collaborate with operators to meet daily production schedules.
• Have experience with Structural Foam, Blow Molding, or Injection Molding.
• Inspect equipment and verify proper operation.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
