Job summary

Action Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in New Jersey. The role requires a minimum of three years in industrial mechanics, with electrical experience and basic PLC programming knowledge.

Candidates should be familiar with steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, heating and cooling, and industrial electrical troubleshooting. Overtime work is possible; hours are Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–10:45pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of Industrial Mechanic experience.
• Electrical experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and programming.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and process-related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical skills.
• Perform general maintenance duties to encompass all facility-related equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment such as presses, baggers, sealers, conveyors, and printers.
• Ensure proper care, use, and storage.
• Preventative maintenance and repairs: manufacturing support equipment: air compressors, boilers, fans, pumps.
