Job summary

Leggett & Platt in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on a standard 8-hour M-F shift. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain and repair plant machinery and equipment, and work on electrical systems as needed.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, including 480/three-phase systems. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED is required.
• Five (5) years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience with 480/ three phase power is required.
• Experience with electrical systems preferred.
• Experience or training in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical drawings is a plus.
