Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Las Vegas distribution center. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical and electrical systems across conveyors, HVAC, and plumbing, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

You must hold a high school diploma with vocational training, state licensure or equivalent experience, and 2+ years in industrial maintenance. Prior experience with CMMS/IRIS/ICW is a plus. Weekend night shifts apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational technical training preferred.
• State licensure or demonstrated knowledge in electrical, welding, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance with preventive maintenance experience.
• Experience with materials handling systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and electrical equipment including motors, pumps, and conveyors.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs following safety procedures.
• Inspect completed repairs or installations for quality and safety.
• Maintain building systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, sprinklers.
• Suggest improvements to equipment, operations and procedures.
• Prepare requisitions for parts and equipment and liaise with vendors.
