We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to uphold our commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems in a food processing environment. What You Bring

• Visual inspection of machinery/equipment for defects such as breakage or wear
• Repair of production or processing equipment
• Specialization in troubleshooting and repairing modern automated equipment
• Analysis and troubleshooting of complex problems with proper remedies, adhering to safety guidelines
• Listening for unusual sounds to detect malfunctions
• Collaboration with maintenance technicians and engineering staff
• Dismantling defective machines and installing repaired parts
• Cleaning and lubricating machinery parts
• Maintaining pneumatic, hydraulic, ammonia systems, etc.
• Electrical repairs including transformers, switches, wiring, and electronic components
• Physical repairs to equipment structures
• Operating cutting torches or welding equipment
• Preventative maintenance of equipment
• Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Working independently and self-motivated
• Working with Material Handling Equipment daily
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment around industrial machinery

Minimum Requirements

• Flexibility for overtime, including weekends
• Ability to bend, twist, and squat as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, and reaching
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments at 32°F or below
• Military experience is welcomed
