Qualifications

• Strong electrical background and automation experience.
• Able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in a 24x7 operation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, adjusting, and replacing AC/DC electrical equipment (batteries, control stations, fuses, motor starters, relays, switches, timers, servo-driven equipment, photo-electrical devices, transducers, VFDs, encoders).
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing mechanical components (motors, belts, bearings, conveyors).
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing pneumatic equipment (diverters, hoses, coils).
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing hydraulic equipment (hoses, fittings, cylinders, pumps).
• Welding equipment to perform maintenance on handrails, conveyor supports, etc.
• Performing preventive maintenance inspections on conveyors and power equipment.
