Malco Products Inc. in Barberton, OH is seeking a Set-up Mechanic / Industrial Maintenance to maintain and upgrade production equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, setups and repairs following diagrams, manuals and engineering instructions to ensure smooth operation.

The role is a 1st shift position (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM). Candidates must read, write and perform basic math, communicate with colleagues, and be able to lift up to 50–100 lbs, work in varying temperatures,

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, plan work from instructions, sketches and prints.
• Must have reading, writing and math skills (addition / subtraction / multiplication / division).
• Must be able to communicate and work with peers/management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operation and appearance of machinery, equipment and facilities by performing preventative maintenance, inspections, setups, repairs and upgrades per diagrams and manuals.
• Maintain organized parts and supplies inventories and complete related paperwork.
• Follow procedures and work instructions; report needs to supervision via work orders and PM forms.
• Train and transfer knowledge as needed; maintain safety and proper PPE usage.
