Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong communication across departments and promotes teamwork.
• Technical: Basic mechanic and electrical skills; breakdown analyses; basic/major equipment rebuilds; troubleshooting; maintenance for production equipment and facilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds up to 70% of the time; ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as emergency brigade for fires, searches, and evacuations.
• Perform mechanical and electrical duties including breakdown analysis, equipment rebuilds, troubleshooting, and basic PLC/HMI work.
• Investigate root cause failures and implement resolutions.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Adhere to safety/GMP standards and report food safety issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
