You’ll report to the Maintenance Manager and keep our packaging and processing assets at peak performance.Imagine this scenarioIt’s the start of your shift. A cartoner throws an error, a pump needs a seal kit, and a heat tunnel is due for PM. You pull the schematic, trace the circuit, confirm ladder logic states on the HMI, fabricate a quick bracket, and return the line to full rate—all while mentoring a junior tech on best practices. That blend of hands-on skill and coaching is exactly what we’re after.Your core responsibilitiesTackle complex mechanical work and intermediate electrical troubleshooting, including basic PLC/Ladder Logic/HMI tasks.Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.Perform planned and unplanned maintenance; complete basic-to-major equipment rebuilds and fine-tune adjustments.Read and apply schematics, blueprints, and manuals to resolve issues.Uphold safety and GMP standards; immediately report food safety issues to site leadership.Serve on the emergency brigade for fires, searches, and/or evacuations when required.Coach Production Technicians and junior Maintenance Technicians.Support additional tasks as assigned.When you’ll workWe’re currently hiring for either C Shift (Sunday–Tuesday 7PM–7AM; Wednesday 7PM–1AM) or D Shift (Thursday 1AM–7AM; Thursday–Saturday 7PM–7AM).$1.50 shift differential.Rotating 12-hour schedule; hours can vary.
