Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant and production assets within the Mill's Technical Services Team. The role covers maintenance, repair, and reliability improvements of equipment. The first year includes a 12-hour rotating swing shift with training.

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Manager, you will work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and systems, with opportunities for growth as you gain certification in modules.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and has a problem-solving skillset.
• Strong values for safety and safe work practices.
• 2 year technical degree and/or 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of all plant equipment including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Fabrication, welding, and working with hydraulics, pneumatics, chains, and sprockets.
• Maintain safe and efficient operations and shift coverage as needed.
